Fachry advises on a matter focusing on law and technology. He gained extensive experience as a lawyer in Jakarta and served as a Senior Legal Counsel at a renowned e-commerce company in Indonesia.
His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, commercial arbitration and litigation, as well as general corporate advisory works.
He has been practicing matters related to technology since 2014. He has regularly advised various technology companies for both domestic and international, on Indonesian laws and regulations concerning privacy & data protection, e-commerce transactions, consumer protection in digital technology, cloud computing, financial technology, ride-hailing, and content moderation & digital advertisement.
In a recent key engagement, he also assisted several Indonesian banks in complying with Indonesian data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
In addition to his advisory work, Fachry dedicates time to teaching future lawyers about law and technology. He believes that teaching provides an opportunity to strengthen the expertise of upcoming legal professionals in this specialized field.

His interest in IPR, entertainment law, cyber law, and personal data protection made him a legal consultant to several large corporate clients regarding compliance with the ITE and Personal Data Protection Law.
In entertainment law, he was trusted as a personal lawyer for a male solo musician, Hindia.
He completed his Law degree at Parahyangan Catholic University and continued his Master of Law studies with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Indonesia.
Before getting involved in the world of law, Zulfikar began his career as a non-PNS bureaucrat at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy for five years as a Special Staff for the Deputy. He also had the opportunity to develop several startups, namely HeyLaw (Legal Edutech) and Privasimu (Privacy Management Tool).
Not only in PERADI, but he is also active in several other associations, such as the Indonesian Data Protection Practitioners Association (APPDI), the Indonesian Cyber Law Community (ICLC), and the Indonesian Technology Legal Consultant Association (AKHTI).
Until now, he has been actively writing for Kompasiana and a freelance writer for the pioneering Web3 media named Jurno.id, Dharmasisya Journal of the University of Indonesia, and has been HeyLaw blog editor-in-chief.

One of the founders of ZAM Legal Consultant who has started his profession as a lawyer registered as a member of PERADI since 2018 and started his career at a fairly well-known law firm in Jakarta. Not only in the realm of litigation, but also often handles corporate affairs such as acquisitions, mergers, and other company transactions.
In addition, he has also handled cases that were resolved through arbitration mechanisms or commercial courts through the PKPU mechanism, and has handled corporate clients in the plantation sector, especially palm oil in Indonesia.
He completed his Bachelor of Law at the Atma Jaya University campus in Jakarta and continued his education for a Master of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Indonesia.

Companies that have been handled include industrial areas, malls, hotels. Apart from that, he has worked at a well-known law office in Jakarta focusing on litigation and IPOs. He completed a Bachelor of Laws at Atma Jaya Catholic University and completed a Masters in Business Administration at Philippine Christian University.

Aussielia Amzulian is an Of Counsel at ZAM Legal Consultant. She has more than 8 years of experience in the legal field, where she has been practicing as lawyer at a Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo Law Firm, and in-house counsel at Traveloka. Currently, she is a full-time academia at the School of Law and International Studies, Prasetiya Mulya University, and personal data protection consultant at PRIVASIMU.
Aussielia obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia with a cum laude predicate, and her master’s degree in Law and Economics from Utrecht University, the Netherlands, also with a cum laude predicate.
Aussielia’s practice area revolves around the field of technology and intellectual property law. More specifically, in the implementation of personal data protection law in Indonesia. In addition, she also practices in the field of competition, banking, and general corporate law.
